Jurgen Willems

In his capacity as the General Manager for Eka Global China, Jurgen Willems is responsible for business activities in the Chinese market, especially the plants in Suzhou, Jiangsu and in Wuhu, Anhui as well as for domestic sales and those in other locations.

Jurgen has more than 20 years of experience in the plastics industry. Over the course of his career, he has worked in different fields including automotive, medical applications, electronics and the food industry. In these different segments, the focus was mainly on plastic packaging and plastic enclosures. He has a strong technical background and vast experience in manufacturing, packaging design and innovations. His previous and current work experiences and his work with teams from around the word have given him a broad multi-cultural understanding.

Jurgen holds a Master’s in Design Engineering from the University of Antwerp, Belgium and a post-graduate degree (ICE) from Ivey Business School in Hong Kong.
