ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirement for a quality management system that demonstrates our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet our customers’ and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The standard is obtained for Eka Global’s manufacture of thermoforming polypropylene for food packaging.
Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000 Version 5.0
FSSC 22000 provides a certification scheme that incorporates an in-depth hazard analysis in a robust food safety management system to control the food safety hazards, minimize risks and assure the production of safe packaging and packaging materials.
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
GMP is a system for ensuring that products are consistently produced from batch to batch and controlled according to quality standards. It is designed to minimize the risks and prevent harm to end users or general consumers.
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)
HACCP ensures that food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.
